Nuncio to Ukraine: Heavy attacks suggest there’s no intention to end the war
The Apostolic Nuncio to Ukraine, Archbishop Visvaldas Kulbokas, describes to Vatican media the particularly intense Russian raids on May 13–14, condemning the attacks on humanitarian workers and vehicles, which he said were “deliberately targeted so that the population does not receive aid.”
